AESTHETIC PROJECT 1VS1 COACHING PACKAGE
This includes an initial in-person meeting to discuss your current lifestyle, fitness level, nutritional habits and goals. From there, we will decide what we are going to do while working together.
Our training program will be dictated by the outcome of our pre assessment meeting; it’s going to be systematic, progressive and enjoyable.
We will provide you with sample meal plans based on the food you enjoy, as well as any dietary restrictions you might have (if applicable). Meal frequency that fits your lifestyle; whether that is one, two or six meals per day. Optimal macronutrient distribution for your body and your goals.
Our objective is not only to help you reach your goals as fast as possible but also to support you along the way, improving your mindset toward fitness and a healthy and satisfying lifestyle.
While working together you will only need to focus on what matters the most: executing and consistency! Our Training and nutrition protocols will be constantly updated down the path to ensure the best possible outcome.
1vs1 coachees will have access to their trainer via text, Whatsapp, and/or email. It is important to us to clear all doubts and questions that may arise during your fitness journey at all times.
